After a few rejection from other clinics for my child medical report for school transition we found this gem at the heart of Toa Payoh. Not all clinic and Dr would offer this service. We were greeted warmly and homely by Pat. Dr Hsu attend to us and agreed to do the medical report for my child. Dr. Michael Wong and his team are a blessing to this area. His explanations are always insightful, and his care is truly helpful. He expertly and gently performed surgery on a painful blister for me, leading to effective treatment. More recently, his medical care during my food poisoning recovery was outstanding. I am deeply grateful and highly recommend his practice.
Dr Nicholas is very knowledgeable and patient in his consultation, does not rush and takes time to listen. Ms Pat is super helpful (there were issues with the insurance portal) and went above and beyond to link up with the vendor to check. Thank you!
First of all, I would like to thank you Miss Tan and Dr Shu. Because this incident make me feel frustrated. The incident was happened last Tuesday, I went to clinic for medical checkup for examination. That day on duty is Dr Wong, when I pass the examination form to him let him checked, I just wondering seem like he doesn’t know the examination checkup. He asked me to go out awhile to let him check with other colleague.After he checked with other colleague, he explain to me with the examination checkup list, then he did his checked. After the examination he give me the X-ray screening form, to proceed the X-ray examination.The main point is the next day I went to polyclinic, the nurse told me the examination form doctor didn’t chop his verification chop, then the nurse told me to go back the clinic, let the doctor chop. At that moment I go back the clinic, the clinic is CLOSED, I feel angry and frustrated. I went this clinic for FEW times, because of the doctor make this kind of mistake, didn’t chop his doctor verification chop. I just wondering is it difficult to chop?Today I went to this clinic for third time, then I meet Miss Tan, she is so kind to help me to settle my case. Because is urgent she immediately help me to chop the Dr Verification chop.After did the X-ray examination, almost reach 6pm I went to clinic again and let Dr signed then I meet Dr Shu, she sincere apologise to me for this ridiculous incident. After that I forgive that and thank you Miss Tan and Dr .
We are so grateful to Dr Hsu for the great care provided to our child with hand, foot, and mouth disease. From the very first visit, doctor on duty was thorough, and reassuring. They all took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions.Staff Pat was friendly, efficient, and professional. Friendly reception by Patricia and the team of doctors, clean and cosy environment, first met Dr Michael wong for my vertigo and headache besides the consultation he advised to go for medical on health sg which come with great benefits and since than I have been on the programme, Dr Nicholas Leong have been attending my wife health with good advice, Their professionalism as a doctor attending to patients need and very patience listening to our complaints with a smile and no rush is what me and my wife appreciate as senior citizens, thank you and definitely would recommend this clinic which suits seniors need
I'm glad I visited this clinic. Ms Tan at the reception was very patient and helpful in checking my company insurance coverage. Dr Wong took his time to find out my symptoms before prescribing treatment. Clinic is very clean. All in all, a wonderful experience.

My experience at this clinic is very pleasant. It is so welcoming and very clean. Staff Patricia made my visit so stress free with casual chats to curb monotony and boredom. I actually looked forward to my follow-up consultation to have a chat with her.I actually live in Canada and made appointment overseas to have Healthier SG consultation/screening. This clinic made it a breeze to arrange appointment through WhatsApp chat since I didn’t have a Spore number. Dr. Michael Wong responded to my WhatsApp queries swiftly. He is extremely friendly. He took time and patience to attend to my questions both online and in person. He was very gentle and careful during all my screenings on-site explaining every step and giving assurance. Two thumbs up!Unlike many clinics, polyclinics and hospitals that I have visited before, I didn’t have to wait much here and was seen pretty quickly. Highly recommend for new patients.
I’ve been a regular patient at the clinic ,, I had shingles , I had gastric, I had colds and flu and a lot more sickness that I experienced, what I appreciate more is their being attentive and friendly approach it’s about treating you like their own family. They support not just as a doctor your mental and emotional too by advocating and advising you what you really need to keep you better ,the medicines they recommend is like a magic pill to me cause it really helps soothe my sickness problems. So glad to meet Dr. Tan Yeow Boon truly grateful for his work and dedication as a Doctor and to Dr. Shermaine Ng as well , I thank you both with the whole clinic team Gladys and Michelle and the rest also. I’m not a Singaporean but they treat me no different and I appreciate it more. Please take care of yourself too so you can take care of more patients that need’s you.Thank you very much 😊❤️
Contacted the clinic to enquire flu vaccines in prep for the upcoming Japan trip. Dr Yeow Boon reassured that 2 weeks lead time is adequate. Received notification 3 days back and went over this morning for the flu jab. All went well, the 2 young ladies at the counter are polite and patient. Dr YB also explained about the strain of the flu vacc and that certain group of people are eligible for free vaccination.Saw his interaction with his patients. It makes me wish that his clinic is in punggol where i stay. Hahaha ..
